Saviru cement (Private) Limited was started in 2014 to establish a cement import business to cater the ever-growing Sri Lankan construction industry. It was incorporated as a limited liability company having complied with the requirements under the Companies Act. No. 07 of 2007. It started cement import business in the year 2015 to cater the ever-growing Sri Lankan Construction industry.
